First, fix the installation path of the API documentation:

Install librsvg by running the following commands:
mkdir build && cd build && meson setup --prefix=/usr --buildtype=release .. && ninja
To test the results, issue:
meson test -v
One subtest named too_many_elements
in
the “Rust tests
(rsvg)” test is known to fail with libxml2-2.15.0 or
newer.
Now, as the root
user:
ninja install
